It’s Flippin’ Friday! AND it’s the 50th one!!! WHOO-HOOO!!! That’s a whole lotta flippin’ stories!

Last week, we had some more great flips involving a Lightning McQueen costume, a Bullseye the Horse costume, a Rush Limbaugh tie, two pair of Trafalgar men’s suspenders, and a pair of BCBG shoes. Those were some awesome flips!!

Got a great flip? Share it with us in the comments section below!  We learn from each and everyone of them!

Have a safe Labor Day weekend and happy

My favorite flip this week was a book called Heredom. It’s a FreeMason book which I got for 0.20 cents at the Sal. Army. Sold for $20. What I enjoyed about this flip was reading up a little on Freemason literature on the eBay bookseller board. It sounds like anything you can find is sellable if it’s original Freemason stuff.

  2. I flipped a Baby Gap coat and a Banana Republic Coat for $35 each. I purchased them each at yard sales for $10. So $70 on a $20 investment. $50 profit, I’ll take it!

While perusing the clearance end caps at my local Target, I saw about 25 boxes of Primatene Mist refills marked down to $6 a box. Quick research on ebay showed these were selling for up to $15 a box. Further research at home showed that this will no longer be made after 12/31/11 as part of an international agreement to stop the use of substances that damage the environment. My local drug stores are still selling these refills for up to $22 a box, but I look everytime I go in to see if they will be put on clearance to make room for the substitute product.
