Flippin’ Friday-#80

Welcome back to Flippin’ Friday! The place to find out what people are buying….and what they are selling!

Last week,  we heard about a Motherhood maternity dress, a Weight Watchers scale, a vintage Royal Castle mug, a Fantasia baby black pegasus plush doll, and a new cross stitch kit (Dimension Gold Edition kit). Thanks everyone for their contributions and congratulations on your great flips!

If you have a great flip you’d like to share, just write it in the comments section below! We love reading them! Just be sure to include your item, what you paid, and what it sold for in the end.

Looking for more great flips? Check out some more great Flippin’ Fridays here and all the great things to look for under “The List” at the top.  And I always keep my list too at the top under “Flips”!

Have a great weekend and happy hunting!

last week I found an Ewok piggy bank, I bought it for a dollar-it sold for 30 dollars no shipping it went to a friend of mine through my Facebook selling group–think it’s a good flip for a hand painted ceramic bank!

Not fabulous flips, but I was glad to have the sales – bought a new book “How to Get in Football Shape Strength Training w/ DVD”, a like-new copy of “The Barefoot Book of Faeries”with read-along CD, and a set of “Yoga Pretzels” cards for 25 cents each at a garage sale – sold each of them for $5.95 a piece plus shipping – and for once the shipping actually covered my shipping costs! Also sold a pair of NIP Koala Baby bassinet sheets, purchased for $1, BIN $13.95 w/ free shipping.

The sale where I bought the books for a quarter was shutting down – it was mid-afternoon when I got there – and everything was going for 25 cents. I spend $5 – so I have a lot to get listed! Including a genuine Lacoste polo – stay tuned on that one!

I sold a brass bird statue thingy with a long beak (a curlew? just looked that up on google 🙂 Got it for $2.00 during a half price sale at my local thrift. Sold it for $79.99. It was the only great flip of my week, the rest of the sales were boring clothes. But at least a little more sales happening!
