Flippin’ Friday- #86

Happy Flippin’ Friday! I hope you found some great things this week! I know we’ve been having some great stories!

In fact, last week, we had stories about a Falor brand large aqua colored leather purse (made in Italy), a Nike tennis skirt,a pair of Keens sandals, Large LeSportsac bag, King Babar & Queen Celeste 8″ Gund plush dolls, a 4 yard length of Cleveland Indians baseball fabric, two sets of vintage cast iron shelf brackets, and a A 6-pack of sealed TDK Hi8 camcorder tapes.

Those were some great flips everyone! Thanks for sharing!!!!!

If you have a great flip you’d like to share, just write it in the comments section below! We love reading them! Just be sure to include your item, what you paid, and what it sold for in the end.

Looking for more great flips? Check out some more great Flippin’ Fridays here and all the great things to look for under “The List” at the top.  And I always keep my list too at the top under “Flips”!

Have a great weekend and happy hunting!

I bought a bag of 9 Leapster games for $1.00 at a garage sale and sold them for $44 at auction. I’m so glad I picked up that bag!
The buyer paid right away and the games are on there way!

I sold a set of vintage doll furniture (might have been for barbies, not sure) Got a whole box for $3.00 at a garage sale and it sold for $49.99. Interesting thing about this sale, got a note from the buyer that asked me to put the item # on the outside of the box because they get tons of shipments every day. I have recently read about these “distribution centers” on blogs. Apparently, since I don’t ship internationally, these people bid through a distribution center (in California) and once I ship it to California, they in turn ship it to its final destination overseas. Thought that was kind of intersting. Hope it doesn’t end up causing me a headache.

      Hi Marci!

I’ve sold to those types of places easily ten times or more. Never had a problem and they always left good feedback. I just pack really carefully as I know it goes overseas somewhere. Good for them for figuring out how to play the middleman! More sales for us!
