Flippin’ Friday-#107

Hello again and welcome back to Flippin’ Friday! Let’s find out what people are buying and selling!

Last week, we had some great flips involving a set of vintage Carvel Hall steak knives, a Chicos jacket/shirt, and some Hollister shirts.

Thank you Marci for your stories!!!!! Great flips!

If you have a great flip you’d like to share, just write it in the comments section below! We love reading them! Just be sure to include your item, what you paid, and what it sold for in the end.

Looking for more great flips? Check out some more great Flippin’ Fridays here and all the great things to look for under “The List” at the top.  And I always keep my list too at the top under “Flips”!

Have a great weekend and happy hunting!

I recenly sold a pair of Ariat boots for $65 + shipping (paid $5 for them); still have one pair listed and hope they’ll sell soon! Also, have read about Dansko shoes for a couple of years but had never found any myself until a few weeks ago when I found two pairs for $2/pair; sold each pair in less than 10 days for $45/pair (but made the mistake of offering free shipping; thankfully, they’re light and cost less than $7 to ship priority). I love to flip nice shoes!

I found a Cutco knife block at an estate sale this week – remembered that someone here had flipped one – bought it for $2 and brought it home. I discovered that it is missing one of its rubber feet, so I called Cutco customer service and they are shipping me a couple of replacement feet. They asked for my customer number and I fibbed a little – told them I got my knife block from a woman who is going into a nursing home. I didn’t mention that I’m planning to resell it. . . . . Anyway, if you run across one missing feet, it is an easy fix!
